We welcome yet another important contribution to the knowledge about education in prison in Europe.The European Commission, DG Education and Culture, has released a report on the current state-of-play and challenges of prison education and training in Europe. EU commissioned reports on Education in Prison
The links below will lead you to the latest official reports on eduction in prison across Europe. One is a big report with a review of literature and analysis and the other is an EU-wide survey which shows how different countries approach the management and delivery of prison education and training. Both reports are commissioned by the Director General of Education and Culture, European Commission.
