As a consequence of the elected chair, secretary and treasurer having resigned last year, the EPEA needs to choose a new chair, secretary and treasurer in 2023.

Therefore the steering committee calls for candidates for these roles. All members of the EPEA are invited to present their candidature for one of these roles before the 15th of May 2023.

Every candidate will be given the opportunity to present him or herself in a maximum 3-minute video presenting his or her candidature. Before the General Assembly on the 16th of June we will upload all the videos so all members can watch them online. We will also stream the General Assembly for those who cannot come physically to the conference. This will be on Friday 16th of June from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. CEST.

The electronic election process will then start on Friday the 16th and will last until Friday the 23rd of June.

More detailed information will be given before the conference via email. 

Only registered members of the EPEA will be able to vote for this election. Therefore we kindly ask you to pay your membership before the end of May.

Furthermore we want to remind you of the vacancies for Southern and Eastern Region Representatives. If you are interested you can fill in the application form and send it to us. The Region Representatives are appointed by liaison persons of the corresponding region and don’t need to go through an election procedure.
