Restart group lessons in the usual form, but with adapted rules of conduct.
Group size
The regular group lessons are divided into the following groups:
1 entry group (level testing), 5 pre-school groups (language acquisition) and 2 main level groups (native speakers)
Current occupancy rate: 24 persons
Due to the current number of participants, 3-4 participants can be allocated to each of the 7 regular teaching groups. We thus meet the requirements of the Ministry of Health and the recommendations of the Swiss Institute for Education in Prison.
Organization of lessons
The teacher always enters the classroom as first person.
Information of the participants about the updated rules of conduct, at the beginning of the group lessons or when new participants enter the classroom:
The participants enter and leave the classroom in stages; disinfection of hands when entering and leaving the room; greeting and farewell at a distance, coughing in elbows; keeping the distance between participant and teacher, but also among the participants; the participants prepare coffee in stages; disinfection of taps and toilet after use
6 combined work tables form the working area for the participants. To maintain the safety distance, only 4 work places are equipped with chairs in this area.
The teacher will keep a safe distance to the working area of the student during the lessons. She/he is mainly positioned in the area of the teacher’s desk. Depending on the size of the group (2-3 participants), she/he can also use the pin board at the side of the classroom to visualise the contents of the lessons.
For personal support, questions from the participant or to correct learning materials, the teacher goes to the participant, but always maintains a safe distance. For this purpose the participant may have to leave his workplace or step back for a moment.
The exchange of learning and working materials between participant and LP takes place via the outstretched arm.
Of the 6 PC stations, a maximum of 4 stations can be used simultaneously. Only the usable PC workstations are equipped with chairs. The chairs of the middle stations are removed.
If a participant shows any symptoms of illness, he/she is immediately sent to the Health Service of the prison. The teacher stays at home if there are any signs of illness. Classes will be suspended.
Break in the yard or in the recreation room
The teacher is the last person to leave the classroom and closes it. During the escort to the break location (courtyard or recreation room), the teacher ensures that the safety distance to the participants is maintained. On the way there, all participants walk in front of the teacher.
After the morning break the teacher picks up the participants at the control post. She/he waits on the stairs and then walks back to the classroom. The participants now walk behind the teacher so that she/he can open the classroom and be the first person to enter.
The afternoon break takes place in the common rooms on the upper floor. The teacher accompanies the participants to the break rooms and walks behind the group. On the way back the participants walk behind the teacher back to the classroom.
Preparing coffee after the break
A participant heats the coffee water for everyone. This is followed by a stepwise preparation of coffee by each participant in disposable cups with disposable spoons. The used cups and spoons are disposed in the closed waste bin next to the copier.
Disinfection/Cleaning
A first disinfection station (spray) is located next to the entrance on the left, next to the table for coffee preparation.
In the area of the group table, the participants and the teacher have the possibility to regularly disinfect their hands and work materials during the lessons with another spray.
A disinfection spray is also placed in the toilet. Participants are asked to disinfect the taps and toilet seat after each use.
After each half day of lessons the teacher disinfects the following materials:
With the spray: TN cases and their contents (ballpoint pen, coloured pencil, pencil, sharpener, rubber and ruler)
With spray according to use: scissors, glue sticks, scales, learning materials, games etc.
With disinfecting wipes: chairs and tables, PC keyboards, classroom door handles
After each half day of lessons, as well as during the big break, the classroom is thoroughly ventilated.
Cracknuts
Also during personal support and correction work or while answering questions, the teacher must ensure that the safety distance is maintained.

Umsetzung bei Wiederaufnahme des Gruppenunterrichts

Wiederaufnahme Gruppenunterricht in gewohnter Form, jedoch mit angepassten Verhaltensregeln
Gruppengrösse
Der reguläre Gruppenunterricht verteilt sich auf folgende Gruppen:
1 Eintrittsgruppe, 5 Gruppen der Vorstufe (Spracherwerb) und 2 Gruppen der Hauptstufe (Muttersprachige)
Aktuelle Belegungszahl: 24 Personen
Durch die aktuelle Belegungszahl können den 7 regulären Unterrichtsgruppen je 3-4 Teilnehmende zu-geteilt werden. Wir erfüllen somit die Vorgaben des BAG und die Empfehlungen der Fachstelle Bildung im Strafvollzug.
Organisation Unterricht
Die LP betritt den Unterrichtsraum immer als erste Person.
Information der TN zu den aktualisierten Verhaltensregeln, zu Beginn des Gruppenunterrichts oder bei Neueintritten:
Gestaffeltes Betreten und Verlassen des Unterrichtsraums durch die TN; Desinfektion der Hände beim Betreten und Verlassen des Raums; Begrüssung und Verabschiedung auf Distanz, Husten in Ellbogen; Einhaltung der Distanz zwischen TN und LP, aber auch unter den TN; gestaffelte Kaffeezubereitung durch die TN; Desinfektion von Armaturen und Toilette nach deren Benutzung
6 zusammengestellte Arbeitstische bilden den Arbeitsbereich für die TN. Zur Einhaltung des Sicherheitsabstands sind in diesem Bereich nur 4 Arbeitsplätze mit Stühlen ausgestattet.
Die LP bewegt sich während dem Unterricht in sicherem Abstand zum Arbeitsbereich der TN. Sie hält sich vorwiegend im Bereich des Lehrerpults auf. Je nach Gruppengrösse (2-3 TN) kann sie auch die seitliche Pinwand zur Visualisierung von Unterrichtsinhalten nutzen.
Bei persönlicher Betreuung, Fragen des TN oder zur Korrektur von Lernunterlagen begibt sich die LP zum TN, beachtet aber immer die Einhaltung des Sicherheitsabstands. Dazu muss der TN eventuell seinen Arbeitsplatz kurzzeitig verlassen.
Austausch von Lern- und Arbeitsmaterialien zwischen TN und LP erfolgt jeweils über den ausgestreckten Arm.
Von den 6 PC-Stationen können höchstens 4 Stationen gleichzeitig benutzt werden. Nur die nutzbaren PC-Arbeitsplätze sind mit Stühlen ausgestattet. Die Stühle der mittleren Stationen werden entfernt.
Zeigt ein TN irgendwelche Krankheitssymptome, wird er sofort zum GS geschickt. Die LP bleibt bei ei-genen Krankheitsanzeichen zu Hause. Der Unterricht wird ausgesetzt.
Pause im Hof oder im Aufenthaltsraum
Die LP verlässt den Unterrichtsraum als letzte Person und schliesst ihn ab. Während der Begleitung zur Pausenörtlichkeit (Hof oder Aufenthaltsraum) achtet die LP auf die Einhaltung des Sicherheitsabstands zur TN-Gruppe. Auf dem Hinweg laufen alle Teilnehmenden vor der LP.
Nach der morgendlichen Pause holt die LP die TN am Kontrollbogen ab. Sie wartet auf der Treppe und geht anschliessend voran zum Unterrichtsraum zurück. Die TN laufen nun hinter der LP, damit diese den Unterrichtsraum aufschliessen und als erste Person betreten kann.
Die Unterrichtspause am Nachmittag findet in den Aufenthaltsräumen im OG statt. Die LP begleitet die TN zu den Pausenräumen und läuft hinter der Gruppe. Beim Rückweg laufen die TN aus bereits angefügten Überlegungen hinter der LP zurück zum Unterrichtsraum.
Kaffeezubereitung nach der Pause
Ein TN erwärmt das Kaffeewasser für alle. Anschliessend folgt eine gestaffelte Kaffeezubereitung durch einzelne TN in Einwegbecher, mit Einweglöffeln. Die gebrauchten Becher und Löffel werden im geschlossenen Abfalleimer neben dem Kopierer entsorgt.
Desinfektion/Reinigung
Eine erste Desinfektionsstation (Spray) befindet sich neben dem Eingang links, beim Tisch für die Kaffeezubereitung.
Im Bereich des Gruppentischs eröffnet sich TN und LP durch einen weiteren Spray die Möglichkeit zur regelmässigen Desinfektion von Händen und Arbeitsmaterialien während der Unterrichtszeit.
Auch in der Toilette wird ein Desinfektionsspray aufgestellt. Die TN sind angehalten, Armaturen und Toilettensitz nach jeder Benutzung zu desinfizieren.
Nach jedem Unterrichtshalbtag desinfiziert die LP folgende Materialien :
Mit dem Spray: TN-Etuis und deren Inhalt (Kugelschreiber, Farbstift, Bleistift, Spitzer, Gummi und Lineal)
Mit Spray nach Verwendung: Scheren, Leimstifte, Massstäbe, Lernmaterialien, Spiele etc.
Mit Desinfektionstüchern: Stühle und Tische, PC-Tastaturen, Türklinken des Unterrichtsraums
Nach jedem Unterrichtshalbtag, sowie in der grossen Pause, wird der Unterrichtsraum gründlich gelüftet.
Knacknüsse
Auch während persönlicher Betreuung und Korrekturarbeiten oder während der Beantwortung von Fragen muss die LP auf die Einhaltung des Sicherheitsabstands achten.
