The European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT) has announced its 2020 programme of periodic visits.
The Committee intends to examine the treatment of persons deprived of their liberty in the following countries:
- Azerbaijan
- Finland
- Germany
- Republic of Moldova
- Monaco
- Serbia
- Spain
- Sweden
Persons in possession of information concerning deprivation of liberty in any of these countries which they believe could assist the CPT are invited to bring it to the Committee’s attention via this contact formular https://www.coe.int/en/web/cpt/contact-us
