The prison choir consists of prisoners on exit as well as former inmates who are continued to sing after the release. Chorus leader for more than 20 years, Louise Adrian, sings with inmates in 5 prisons and the choir performs in the Danish churches.
All incomes are donated to organisations supporting children rights
One of the choir members once said
I will be in this choir for the rest of my life. It helped me so much. I know the choir will present my old identity as former crimnal, but singing is the best ever happened to me.
